CS.05 — The Method

Test, find the formula, then run it monthly.

Southern Gents had the audience — 108K followers — but the content wasn't building the brand awareness they needed, and the ambition was concrete: take the company from six figures to seven in two years.

We started with research, not production: what were the highest-performing cinematic formats in the fashion niche? Two styles kept winning — magic-trick transitions and cinematic walks.

So we tested. The first cinematic-walk reel pulled 2.1 million views. The second — walk into outfit-detail sequence — hit 9.9 million in two months. That became the formula: twelve reels a month, each showcasing a different outfit in the house style, in-studio and downtown, with internet trends folded in on our own terms.

In eight months, their socials tripled.
