These terms govern your use of ghproductions.co. They are not the agreement that governs paid work — that is always a separate written contract.
You're welcome to browse, watch, read, and share this site. Don't use it to break the law, don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and don't scrape or republish it wholesale.
The films, photographs, designs, and websites presented in the portfolio and case studies were produced by GH Productions for the clients named. Those clients own their brands, marks, and in most cases the delivered assets; the work appears here as a portfolio under the rights retained in our engagement agreements. Client names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
Everything else on this site — the writing, the design, the code, the structure — belongs to GH Productions. "Perfection is Unattainable, because Growth is Inevitable."™ is our trademark. Please don't reproduce any of it without permission.
Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a client relationship, reserve a date, guarantee availability, or bind either of us to anything. Work begins when we've both signed a written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee.
The numbers published in our case studies are drawn from client dashboards, platform insights, and analytics screenshots at the time they were recorded, and are reconciled on the page where figures could otherwise look contradictory. They describe what happened for those clients. They are evidence of past work, not a forecast or a promise of comparable results for anyone else.
This site links to and embeds websites we've built for clients, along with other external services. We don't control those destinations and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
This site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail is current at the moment you read it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GH Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
