GH Productions is a video and photography studio based in Houston, Texas, that also designs websites and business systems for clients. This policy explains what we collect through this website and our client messaging, why, and who else can see it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
This site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and sets no tracking cookies. The only personal information we collect is what you send us deliberately: through the contact form, by email, or by text message.
When you submit the contact form, we receive what you entered: your name, email address, phone number, and, where you chose to provide them, your company, location, the services you're interested in, your timeline, your budget range, your description of the project, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
If you text with us, we receive your phone number and the content of the messages you send.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser user-agent strings. These are generated automatically by the act of visiting any website and are used for security and reliability, not for profiling.
To reply to your inquiry, schedule consultations and shoot dates, send quotes, contracts, and invoices, deliver your work, and keep a record of the conversation. That's the whole purpose. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send marketing email or marketing texts to contact details submitted through this form.
Each of these is a service provider acting on our behalf, under their own terms and privacy commitments.
If you agree to receive text messages, we use your phone number only to text you about your inquiry and project: replies to your questions, scheduling and confirming consultations and shoot dates, quotes, invoices, contracts, gallery links, and delivery updates. We do not send marketing messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@ghproductions.co. The full program terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
This site sets no cookies. It uses one item of browser session storage, a flag recording that you've already seen the opening countdown animation, so it doesn't replay on every page. It contains no personal information and is discarded when you close the tab.
The portfolio page embeds live client websites in frames so you can scroll the real thing, and the websites landing page embeds two of them the same way. Those sites are operated by our clients and may set their own cookies. We don't control them, and their privacy policies apply to what happens inside those frames.
Enquiries and correspondence are retained while there's an active or prospective working relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards as a business record. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ghproductions.co and we'll action it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights. Tell us and we'll honour them.
This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes materially we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
