A blueprint the brand could reuse.

BuffBunny came to us to turn short-form video into a launch weapon. The system we built: a series of 12 Instagram reels and a campaign film for every collection, plus a giveaway strategy engineered for the algorithm.

One ad concept we developed — featuring multiple clothing sets in a single video — performed so well it was adopted into every campaign that followed.

The proof run was the Storm Collection: a campaign film that captured the collection's whole message, backed by short-form videos built on trending audio, effects, and original concepts. The film passed half a million views; the shorts collectively neared two million. Pieces sold out within minutes of launch.

Alongside the collection work, a run of founder-led reels — the same production standard applied to personal brand, so the label and the person behind it read as one voice.

"The comment section reacted. The collection sold out in minutes. That's what video is for."
