1. Introduction:

Welcome to GH Productions LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

GH Productions LLC provides professional video production services, including but not limited to pre-production, filming, and post-production.

3. Payment Terms
A 60% deposit is required upon receipt of the invoice. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of production. The 60% deposit covers all pre-production costs, shoot date(s), and team expenses. The final payment covers post-production costs. If the remaining balance is not paid on the day of production, no editing will commence.

By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms.

4. Intellectual Property
All raw footage, edited videos, and final deliverables remain the property of GH Productions LLC until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the final deliverables as agreed upon in the contract.

 

5. Liability
GH Productions LLC is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, venue issues, or technical difficulties that may affect the production.

 

6. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
