GH Productions is a brand and growth studio based in Houston, Texas. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and who else can see it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
This site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and sets no tracking cookies. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the contact form and send us deliberately.
When you submit the contact form, we receive what you entered: your name, email address, phone number, and — where you chose to provide them — your company, location, the services you're interested in, your timeline, your budget range, and your description of the project.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser user-agent strings. These are generated automatically by the act of visiting any website and are used for security and reliability, not for profiling.
To reply to you, to scope the work you're asking about, and to keep a record of the conversation. That's the whole purpose. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send marketing email to addresses submitted through this form unless you separately ask us to.
Each of these is a service provider acting on our behalf, under their own terms and privacy commitments.
This site sets no cookies. It uses one item of browser session storage — a flag recording that you've already seen the opening countdown animation, so it doesn't replay on every page. It contains no personal information and is discarded when you close the tab.
Two pages in the portfolio embed live client websites in frames so you can scroll the real thing. Those sites are operated by our clients and may set their own cookies. We don't control them, and their privacy policies apply to what happens inside those frames.
Enquiries and correspondence are retained while there's an active or prospective working relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards as a business record. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ghproductions.co and we'll action it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — tell us and we'll honour them.
This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes materially we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
