Refund Policy

1. Deposits and Refunds
All deposits are **non-refundable** as they secure your production date and cover pre-production costs.

2. Cancellation by Client
- If the client cancels the project at any time, the deposit will not be refunded.
- If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot date, the client is responsible for 80% of the total project cost.
- If the cancellation occurs on the day of the shoot, the client is responsible for 100% of the total project cost.

3. Rescheduling
Clients may request a reschedule, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.

4. Cancellation by GH Productions LLC
In the rare event that GH Productions LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be given the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund of their deposit.
